Otakon report and future events

So Otakon has come and gone. Had a pretty good time in spite of the miserable heat thanks to some awesome friends. I ended up not bringing most of my gear and so kept shoots to a minimum, but I did work with WisteriaWings, Luvnatsu, TheOtherPocket, Harubunnyx, m-ichiko, RuffleButtCosplay, EnchantedCupcake and melvinopolis. Still, I'm pretty sure it will be my last Otakon as the heat and humidity is just too much to deal with.

For upcoming events, I will be at the Toronto Centre Island Cosplay Picnic this weekend. Definitely looking forward to seeing my Canadian friends! As for NYCC, I'll be there at least one day but probably not the entire con. I haven't figured out which day yet; I'll know sometime in early- to mid-September. Either way, I would be open to doing shoots that weekend even if I'm not at the con because honestly the Javits is a crappy location anyway and I would rather shoot elsewhere in the city.

Lastly an update on the photo processing queue: Almost finished with Katsucon. Will move on to AB/PAX next and then a private shoot I did in April.
